aft bball match i gt tkd ma.so stayed bck and trained alone lor.yawnz..play until super tired liao den go tkd..den went dere..tio owned ar!the kicks today so complex la!den rest time so little.awhile den nid go kick agn..den my body nt feeling well oso.mayb coz the bball used too much energy?or due to skipping of meals?really bth until i ownself fall out sia.so rare i fall out of training de,even in bowen tkd...
